IAD 350
Description
IAD 350 and IAD 351 are both identical two-story data centers. The buildings each consist of a two story steel frame structure with structurally bearing tilt-up panels. IAD 350 started in March of 2025 and will be complete in the spring of 2026, and IAD 351 starting its ground work & excavation in January 2026 and construction starting in March 2026.
