DLR Building S

A 190,000 SF tilt-up structure featuring a steel framed interior supported by a slab on metal deck system totaling approximately 192,000 SF. The exterior is comprised of 154 site cast concrete panels. The project was completed on an expedited schedule and demanded strategic planning to address complex site conditions and restricted access.
